The Petitbois Children

From 9 years old

There are seven brothers and sisters : three boys called Edgar, Oscar and William ; and four girls called Charlotte, Emily, Patience and Beatrix. At weekends and during holidays, they are lucky enough to enjoy life in a country landscape stretching as far as the eye can see. In this natural environment, far from the noise of the big city, there are a surprising number of occasions to meet people and make new discoveries.

Qualities of publishing

This collection has developed from a wish to present certain social realities. In each of these short novels Nanie Iscuit introduces dialogues between one of the seven Petitbois children and an adult : one way of looking at certain, sometimes delicate, facts of modern day life.
